I want you and folks to know how much I appreciate your prompt and efficient service. I have bad occasions to call you twice recently when I fell and could not get up. Your boys were so professional and careful. I kept thinking I could get up but when several hours passed I realized I could not and that I would have to call you. I can't thank you enough. I wasn't able to call the neighbors and it was so late at night.
